I can't recall the exact day, but I remember it vividly—it was supposed to be a gluten-free pizza night. I mistakenly used rice flour to prepare the dough instead of my usual gluten-free blend. For a moment, I thought, "Oops, what have I done?" But then, I shrugged it off and decided to roll with it. After all, creativity often springs from unexpected situations!
So, I decided to let the rice flour dough rise and see what would happen. To my surprise, it puffed up beautifully, giving me a little sense of victory in the kitchen. I was excited to whip up something new with ingredients I had on hand. Dinner that night was a delightful creation: Archana's Gluten-Free Rice Flour Pizza topped with roasted vegetables and creamy feta cheese. The kids devoured it, and I was thrilled knowing it was a healthy twist on our usual pizza night.
For a satisfying and wholesome meal, pair this Gluten-Free Rice Flour Pizza Crust with Roasted Vegetables and Feta Cheese with a comforting bowl of Vegetable Pasta Soup and some crispy Garlic & Ginger Spiced Potato Wedges (baked to perfection, of course). Trust me, your taste buds—and your family—will thank you!
