Ingredients 

200 gram paneer

Half cup of fresh cream

1 tablespoon butter

8-10 cashews

2 tomato

1 onion

5-6 garlic cloves

Half inch Ginger

1 table spoon kasuri methi

1 and half tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

Half tables in Salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 table spoon garam masala

1 cinemaon stick

3-4 cardamom

1 star flower

2 bay leaves

1 tablespoon funnel seeds


Method

1 )First of all take a pan and keep on medium flame then add one tablespoon of oil and in that add funnel seeds then add chopped onion, garlic and Ginger. Then add tomato and cashews then add little bit of salt and mix it well and add a water and keep it on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes then switch off the flame and make it cool

2 )After cooling grind it finelly. Then take a pan and add butter in it now add all khada masala in it

3 )After 2 minutes add paste in it then add red chilli powder garam masala sugar and salt and mix it will when masala is properly roasted add kasuri methi and fresh cream in it. Fresh cream gives nice texture to your paneer recipe


4 )I am adding paneer in cubes as it is but many times people can Fry this paneer. So no matter that you can add paneer as it is it gives nice taste and yummy also. Try this paneer with roti, butter naan, kulcha, Puri etc.
